It is a very attractive and well-decorated hotel, with a relaxing ambience. Part of the hotel is the old Dutch Governor's residence, and this is refelected in the architecture and detail. There is also a pleasant pool and spa.
The rooms are not huge, but well laid out; the reception desk and housekeeping staff are excellent.
The one point for improvement was dinner and the evening service. Dinner was rather average and very slow to arrive.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as probably the best in Yogyakarta.
