A wish at Borobudur stupa

Do you know that there is unofficial belief among Borobudur visitors that there is one stupa among lots of stupas on top of the temple contains a statue in a different meditation position. Its hand with potruding finger are believe to have a good luck to any visitor that be able to touch its finger. Seen above, somebody was trying to get hold of the potruding finger of the statue. While holding the finger, make yourself a wish... it may come true! The best memory was its beca, borobudur & prambanan
Going to the Theater

We were doing our little walk ,
and we ended up at the other side of town.
In the evening , probably , in every Indonesian city markets take place...
Quit nice. But we saw this big white building..
A lot of banners and people going in.
So we went a little closer...
And curiosity never killed anybody I think , we went in. It was a large theater.
Ofcourse , soon somebody spoke to us and explained that a big production was going on..
famous actors , big scene ...
We had to see this!
Tickest are quit expensive , 30 euro for the front rows till 3 euro in the back (it's a really large room)
A chinese dressed girl with a lantern helped us to find our seats.
'Teater Koma' , a teater group from Jakarta was performing. Singing , dancing , simple humor...We had a great time.

Don’t talk while mouth full

More than just not talking while mouth full of food, Javanese people keep dining room is as not a place to have a conversation. Eat in close mouth, no voice at all, even no sound of spoon and plate crushing. Keep it clean, and quiet. Pretty different than what ya think?
