This will probably be the most visited zone at World Expo 2005. Turn to the left through the North Gate main entrance. The Pavilions here are:Toyota Group Pavilion
Be entertained by a robot band, see the i-unit car of the future and the i-foot concept. Expect very long queues, average when we were there was nearly 3 hours, so this may be the one to reserve.
Hitachi Group Pavilion
All the latest IT from Hitachi with a focus on endangered species and virtual animals. Again long queues, but not quite as long as for the Toyota Pavilion.
Mitsui-Toshiba Pavilion
A system that scans the faces of everyone that enters and displays them on the theatre screen.
Mountain of Dreams
Gas Pavilion
Using natural gas flames to create a themed show.
Also in this area a cable car station that can take you to the south end of the park, and another that goes to the Seto area.
