Very Conveniently located near Sakae subway Station.
About 5minutes walk from Exit 1

Plenty of Conbinis located in the area, plus easy access to food and shopping.

Rooms are pretty wide for Japan's standards and clean.
Minus point was that the kettle for boiling water was a little dirty.
Service was great!
Did not choose a breakfast plan so I can't make a judgement for that, but there are plenty of cheap breakfast options in the area.

Not located on the major street so it's pretty quiet and peaceful.

Only some staff can speak english though.

Directions: Take Exit 1 frm Sakae Subway stn.
Walk north til Amano Drugstore (same block) & turn left.
Walk strght til EiTaro (栄太郎) restaurant on the right & turn right.
You shld see a sign pointing to the elevator.
