Convenient Capsule Hotel

Best (5.0 of 5.0 stars)
by written on October 5, 2012

The Well-Be Capsule Hotel is located on the 4th floor of the Meitetsu Lejac building, near the JR, Kintetsu, and Meitetsu Nagoya Stations. Compared to other capsule hotels I've been to, this one had more amenities.

Only men can stay here. There are lockers on the left when you enter. You can put your clothes and other things in there and change into your sleeping robe. If you enter the sauna, they have special shorts for you to wear. There are some hot tubs inside where you can relax along with the saunas and bathing area. There's also a massage area that you can pay to have a head massage.

The hotel also has an area of TVs and lounge chairs, massage chairs (of course massages cost extra), a small restaurant, and an area of computers with internet access.

The capsules themselves are comfortable enough and have a TV inside, typical of all capsule hotels. In the capsules they have one outlet, which is great for charging a cell phone or camera. Not all capsule hotels have this, so this was a big bonus for me. They also have a free breakfast buffet.
