The seasons here are really contrary; the summer is hot and incredible humid - I wish there was a little of the strong wind which we have in winter. From the beginning of December it's getting chilly. The temperature can be around 10°C, but it's freezing cold because of the wind. Better you wear a lot of layers. And umbrellas are useless, get a weatherproof jacket with a cape.
