It isn't exactly a B&B, since you can also get dinner there. But it's a typical japanese accomodation. I was very well treated by the retired couple who own this ryokan. The man even insisted to get me to a city tour before I quit and to take a picture of me in his wedding kimono !

I stationed myself in Morioka for 3 nights, hence this lodging recommendation is not applicable to Akita itself but my own trip instead.
