Nebuta Festival

"Summer Night you must experience"

NEBUTA Festival, once you experience, you never forget the rythm of the music and tens of becautifuly decorated lighting floats made by paper. We borrowed the costume and joined in the dancing squads which every one can enjoy dancing (jumping) around the floats. 5 minutes practice of steps makes perfect memory of Japanese summer. Nebuta is held in the first week of August in every year.

"Float"

We can see the storage of floats in the festival site in the morning. Paper floats are made by craftmen for one time use only.
