MY BROTHER-IN-LAW LIVES IN CHIBA, AND I HAVE BEEN THERE
MANY TIMES. A VERY MODERN CITY, GOOD RESTURANTS AND
BARS. AND FROM THE IN-LAWS HOUSE I LOOK OUT OVER THE
KANTO PLAIN TOWARDS TOKYO IN THE DISTANCE, QUITE A SIGHT.
