From Narita Airport to Chiba
Can somebody explain me which is the best way to travel from Narita Airport to Chiba?
I'm going to stay at Green Tower Makuhari Hotel next week and I'm getting crazy!!
Is there any page where I could see the railway map or something similar?
Thanks in advance
RE: From Narita Airport to Chiba
It seems that the easiest way is to take the bus. The link is:
You should take the bus for the destination Kahin-Makuhari Station. That is the closest station to your hotel.
See this unofficial site below for a more detailed schedule:
RE: RE: From Narita Airport to Chiba
I'm living very close to Green Tower Hotel at Makuhari.
The airport bus is the best and the only choice for the travelers.
After the custom's clearance in Narita airport, you can find easily the ticket counter of the airport bus.
The all of the bus will stop in front of the Green tower hotel, so you can buy the ticket to that hotel. The bus is one service per hour and deperts at 30minits past every hour(11:30, 12:30, 13:30....). You can check the time table through following web site.
The bus deperts from No.12 bus terminal on the ground floor.
The fee is 1,100 JPY for one way.
It takes about 50min from airoport to the hotel.
Travel Tips for Chiba
Photo with your favourite Disney character
One of the activities that many young teenage Japanese girls seem to enjoy at DisneySea is tracking down their favourite Disney chartacter and posing for a photo with him or her. Sounds easy, doesn't it? But you know what? Some of the characters are not easy to catch. For example, Chip and Dale, the lookalike Disney chipmunks simply love to run around, turning up at unexpected places and will duck out of sight just to have a bit of fun.
Minnie and Mickey are crowd favourites and you would have to wait your turn before you can shake hands or pose with him or her.
How well did I do? hehe, I did quite well and managed to get my picture taken with sweet Minnie Mouse, the elegantly dressed Big Bad Wolf from Red Riding Hood and cute little Pinocchio and yes, one of those mischievious pesky chipmunkcs. (see pics)
