Nice place, but poor location
The place was very nice and clean. Most of the staff had pretty good English. The Shuttle bus to and from the Airport was especially useful. Unfortunately nothing is near the hotel. I had to walk about 30 minutes to get to the Shinsho-ji temple. I recommend the place, but it does seem a little pricey.
Unique Quality: It was very convienent that we could exchange dollars to yen and vice versa at the hotel cashier.
Opinion of Price: less expensive than average

Rooms bigger than your Japanese standard.
Garden Hotel is quite far from the Airport, but nearer to Narita town and it's train stations. It shares the hotel bus with Hilton Hotel, and it takes about 20-25 mins from the airport to get there. The rooms are slightly larger than your japanese standard (you will believe me when you've tried the "Single Business room" :) )
My gripe with this hotel is that you have to pay first when you check in. If you have to make changes, they will reimburse the payment and then charge you again. This method have the disadvantages that you can lose some money over the currency fluctuations from day to day, transaction to transaction.
Unique Quality: 24hour gym, a heated outdoor jacuzzi.
24hour convenience store in front of the hotel.
Family restaurants along the main road (walking distance).
Narita Japan for us airline staff is where our flights land where the Narita airport NRT is located. Last February i was bumped off from my return flight NRT to YVR on AC Flt 4 so i had to stay overnight in this city since sleeping in NRT is prohited. I checked in on Narita Garden Hotel with airline discounts (60 dollars a night). The hotel has an airport shuttle for free that picks up and drive guests to the airport. Narita is a small japanese city, compared to Tokyo. But i had my first taste of Japan here, ate sushi and grilled eel in oneof the restaurants in the city and again at the airport. Drunk Sapporo and Kirin Beer, and tried Sake too. Very good with the grilled eel!
Q:narita airport to narita city "hi i just want to inquire what are the form of transports from narita airport to narita city? and is it possible to go from narita..."
A: "1. Take the train.
2. Yes."
