Normal Toyoko Inn, but Location a bit Far Out
This Toyoko Inn was nice, as all Toyoko Inns are. Breakfast was included, but was of the Oriental variety only, unfortunately (no bread!). The location is a bit far from the train station, more precisely we had to walk the whole shopping arcade, and then 3 more blocks, to get there! But a tram goes, if you know which one to take! Location is good if the Dogo Onsen is on your itinary. Receptionists did not speak any english, unfortunately.
Unique Quality: Clean, service-friendly, as all the Toyoko Inns are. Internet provided in lobby.

Good quality affordable accommodation
I didn't actually stay here, but my family did when they came to Matsuyama for my wedding.
Good facilities and a good price.
Free internet access in the foyer, and clean, although small rooms. Around 5000 yen a night for a single, and 8000 yen for a twin room with breakfast.
