Fukuoka Tower by schwein
Easy to bus or bike to, Fukuoka tower offers an excellent view of the area.There are three observation floors at the top, all enclosed. Pay a small-ish fee to take the elevator up, and you can stay on top for as long as you want.
At the base of the tower are a few shops, a display/museum, and sometimes a monkey man.
