Go back to where you came from. There is nothing really of interest here in Obihiro. The people here are exceptionally nice and friendly, not to mention relaxed and laid back. But the are also less educated and less likely to speak English than in other areas. It is an agro-industrial center in the middle of the Hokkaido heartland. Come here if you like farms.
