The rooms are decent but with stains on the couch and floor carpets. The hotel charge 500yen for the internet connection and provides the LAN cable (whether or not you have brought your own). Hotel staffs can speak simple English.
The hotel has an indoor onsen (hot spring bath) with a single bath for men and another for women (in separated area). The hot spring water is relatively clear and is pretty hot.
Buffet breakfast is included (even though I had booked through online travel agency for without breakfast). Upon entering the buffet room, a card is issue for the buffet, you place the card on the table with the side saying I'm having buffet (in japanese) on it to reserve seat and turns the card over with writing to saying "I'm done eating" (in japanese).
A stone throw away from the hotel is the 7-Eleven store where you can withdrawal cash advances via Visa from their ATM (english friendly) machine.
Unique Quality: Hot Spring Bath (Onsen) inside hotel. Separate 150yen government tax payable per guest.
Directions: A street away from Nakajima-Koen Subway Station (200 yen from Sapporo Station)
Here is a functional boutique business hotel, where the rooms are small but clean, but the ground floor facilities and spa baths are nicely appointed. It is located about 3-4 min walk from Nakajima Koen or Housui Susukino Subway Lines, and somewhat detached from the main activities location near Odori Station. Here is also about a 10 mins. drive to JR Sapporo Station.
