The rooms are small but everything needed is there. The price is low for what you get. Breakfast is not included and you have to pay extra for that service, since we went out to eat I do not know about the standard or what they offered. There are great places to buy breakfast around that block so it is easy to still receive some breakfast, in Japanese style or other you want.
Unique Quality: Why you should pick this hotel is for the price and for the service. All personnel I spoke to knew English.
Directions: From Sapporo Station, go south, south from Odori station and then two streets further down take a left.
Walking from Sapporo station takes about 20 min.
