Yoshima Island
Sakaide is a city in Kagawa Prefecture, and the islands that the Seto Ohashi Bridge crosses over are considered to be part of this city. I stopped at Yoshima island to enjoy the view of the Bridge (Yoshima Bridge, the name of that specific portion of the Seto Bridge) and the Seto Inland Sea. Yoshima is a nice lookout point, and of course, there is a shop where you can buy Shikoku and Seto Ohashi souvenirs, including Watarou Setouchi, the Seto Bridge Mascot!
"Watarou Setouchi"
Watarou Setouchi is the mascot of the Seto Ohashi Bridge. He sometimes makes appearances at some events related to the bridge and in cities near the bridge.
