I strongly recommend you to walk around Minato Mirai, it is the newest part of Yokohama, the buildings are amazing, it´s plenty of shoops and restaurants. The best to do there is the cheaper: just walk by the sea, there is a nice promenade going from Minato mirai to Yamashita Park.
Other option is to do the same way using the "seabass", a harbour mini-cruise.
If my memory still works Minato Mirai means the port of the future in Japanese.
Of course you will surely enjoy the light colors outside and the Yokohama scenery from the 112.5m high conpartments which was the world's biggest
until "Big Ferris Wheel(Dai-Kanransha)"in Odaiba was opened last 4 years. I can fully say it's worth a ride, though it's scary seeing the ground area.
