Travel into Tokyo from the Port

How easy is it to get from the port at Yokohama into central Tokyo and back?
I will only have about 10 hours from the time I disembark to the time I have to get back on to the ship so how easy will it be to see at least something of Tokyo?

You have enough time.
Take a Minatomirai Line (subway) at Nihon-Odori station near the Daisanbashi (great pier) of Yokohama Port, 200 yen. At Yokohama station, transfer to JR Tokaido Line to Tokyo, 450 yen. About 1 hour trip if you dont get lost. Good luck.

Sushi and Sashimi

The place is located at the north exit of the Kanai Station in Isezaki Mall infront of the Pachinko. They have very fresh sushi and sashimi. Sushi's are running around in circles and pick what you like. The prices varies according to the tuna's you eat, the expensive one, I think is the meguro, that if I'm right with this one..
There's a lot of sushi places though. Different kinds of foods. Italian, Western, Asian and everything is great. Sushi, Sashimi, Teriyaki and soup with noodle.
