33,000 Yen per person per night (i.e., really expensive -- about $500 bucks a night for two people in the room).
Unique Quality: A traditional ryokan. The full blown tatami mats/kaseki meals in your room/everyone kneeling and bowing at you experience.

A: "I stayed at the RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto which is about a 10 min walk from the station (I walked directly form there) and was quite happy with commodities and price."
