Travel Tips for Ise

Ise City Panarama

by KevinMichael

"Ise City"

Once you see it from up high, Ise City is bigger than it looks. When we first arrived here we almost felt disappointed as it seemed just too small. Ise City actually has a population of around 100,000, which is small for a Japanese City.

"The feeling of Ise"

By and large, Ise seems to be a nice city. The people are friendly, quiet, and courteous. Ise is quiet in the morning and really not all that loud at all at night. At least, that's how we felt.

It's nice to know where you're going before you get there. That's why I put these pictures here as I usually want to see the city I'm traveling to before I arrive.

It would have been nice to have seen more of Ise.

I love how the mountains are nestled close by. I took this shot from my hotel window after propping the window almost completely open.
