Just in the right spot
a min walk from suarosawa pond, 2 mins walk from sanjo dori street and 15 mins walk from todaiji temple. while for the Deers they are every where around the hotel so you will not need any transportation. plus the room was clean and the breakfast was very good having both westren and japanese buffet.
It was perfect to me for 1 day stay, the only drawback is that it doesn't have onsen.
Unique Quality: breakfast and proximity from major tourisitc spots.

maybe 10 or 15 minute walk from the Kintetsu-Nara train station (but could take hours if you get lost!)
