NIIGATA PREFECTURAL GOVERNMENT MEMORIAL HALL by kiwigal_1
The Memorial Hall was built in 1883 and is the only remaining prefectural assembly hall of the Meiji era. The hall is open to the public now and contains historical information about Niigata City and the Prefecture.It is said that the hall was modelled on the British Houses of Parliament.
