Tokashiki Guesthouse: A very enjoyable experience, Tokashiki Guesthouse
Tokashiki is a beautiful island with very friendly, laid-back people. The guesthouse is a great accomodation for groups of friends, families, or even couples to stay on the island. The cabins are well maintained and cleaned daily. They picked us up from the port and drove us right to the cabins, so we didn't have to worry about taking a taxi or renting a car. The cabins are about a ten to fifteen minute walk from both Aharen beach and Tokashiku beach. By car it takes less than five minutes. The caretakers are very friendly and often went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their English is also very good, and I was able to have regular conversations with them about anything from music to our favorite football teams. In the evening, you are located on top of a mountain, so you get a great view of the sunset. All in all a great stay and I look forward to the day I can visit there again.
Unique Quality: Wide picnic/play area, great staff, beautiful cabins, view of the ocean, clean environment
