This hotel outstanding. Staff speak English well, very polite and make you feel welcome. I have used this hotel majority time when staying in Osaka. When I pass hotel cleaning staff in morning, they always greet with "Good Morning" in NIHONGO and with smile.
Rooms small but very comfortable and modern.
Walking distance of all Subway stations and shopping.
Location is really nice for all my needs. There is park across street
and many small, excellent food restaurants. This is another Hotel that if you mention it to people in Osaka, they will know where it is.
