Expensive Hotel and Nice

Very BIG Lobby! First Class hotel, rates very expensive to me.
I have not really stayed at this hotel, just used as meeting place.
Seems everyone knows Hotel Nikko in Osaka, so I just tell friends to meet me at lobby of Hotel Nikko on Mido-Suji Boullevard. Many chairs so waiting very comfortable. You see so many people coming in and out of this hotel so must be 5 Starr Hotel!

Unique Quality: Located on world famous Midosuji Avenue, the city's main boulevard. Hotel Nikko Osaka is right in the center of the city's business, shopping and entertainment district. (Shinsaibashi)

osaka's 4 star hotel

Unique Quality: This is a deluxe 32-story hotel in the heart of downtown Osaka, located directly above the Shinsaibashi subway station. The hotel was created with the needs of business travelers in mind and is conveniently located on tree-lined Midosuji Avenue, home to the headquarters of many of the world's major corporations. From the moment you walk into the spacious, modern lobby, you know you've arrived somewhere special and are entering into a world of serene elegance. This quality is reflected in the Hanae Mori floor, where the guestrooms are furnished with the designer's fabrics.

Kansai airport to Niko Hotel

by jillwhite99

I will be landing at Kansai airport on Monday at 3:00pm - what is the easiest way to get to Hotel Niko?

Hotel Nikko Osaka is located just near the Shinsaibashi station.
At first, from Kansai Airport to Nanba, get on Nankai Airport Line, which takes about 45 min.
Next, change train at Nanba, subway line. From Nanba to Shinsaibashi, it takes just 1 min. You ll be able to find easily Hotel Nikko Osaka at Shinsaibashi.
Also there is airport bus line directly from Kansai Airport to Hotel Nikko Osaka.
I don t know the detail but I heard there is also a direct way from Kansai Airport to the hotel by bus in afternoon. I recommend you to ask the hotel : 06-6244-1111(in Japan),81-6-6244-1111(from foreign country).
The homepage of Hotel Nikko Osaka is as follows; http://www.hno.co.jp/english/index_e.html

Probably too late, but the bus leaves every 30 minutes from 8:05am until 9:35pm, and costs 880 yen. Exit the air terminal and walk to your right. The OCAT bus departs from Bay 11.

The bus takes you to OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal), which is about ten to twelve minutes walk to Nikko. Otherwise, the taxi will cost you 660 yen (taxi stand downstairs from the bus terminal).
