Excellent location, and room was average/acceptable hotel fare. Rooms were clean.
Only thing I wasn't happy with was the sub-average breakfast buffet. Many stores/shops nearby right out the front door, so it wasn't a large concern.
The directions we got to the hotel were lacking in clarity. It would be nicer if they were clearer on their location. That said, it would be no problem for me to find the place again.
Next time I'm in Osaka I'll stay here again, just because the location is central.

We loved this hotel. Stylish, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and right in the middle of it - it was a shame we were only there for 2 nights. The hotel restaurant Barkt although quiet the night we were there, offered great food and service.
Unique Quality: Right in the middle of Dotombori, the nightlife centre. We would be leaving our hotel at 9.30am in the morning when 'the boys' were just staggering home! A short walk to the subway, Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, convenience stores nearby and a load of restaurants. There was a LUSH shop (think divine smelling bath bombs, soaps and gels) in the shopping street (perfect for relaxing in the bath with a glass of bubbly) and a florist down the road, just in case you want to spoil yourself with a bouquet!

We found this gorgeous little flower shop just down the road from our hotel in Osaka (Vista Grande Hotel), and couldn't resist buying ourselves a little posy for our hotel room, just a little touch of luxury for the last days of our fantastic girls trip. The owner of the shop was extremely friendly and even carried our flowers to the door for us. Whatever takes your fancy - and depending what's in season. We paid approximately Y3000 for the bunch in the photo.
