Go to the Sky Tower and see Osaka at night. You can't love a city until you see it at night and even the ugliest cities look good at night so don't leave without doing it! If you want you can pay to go to the observation deck or you can take the elevator to the floor which has a walkway between the two parts of the building and sneak up for free. It's as good I'm sure and I don't know for 100% that you arn't allowed!!!The mix of the Garden underneath the Sky Tower with it's wild flowers and herbs and the view from the Tower.
