The hotel is not new, but kept up-dated and very clean and comfortable.
The room size is bigger than what you get in business hotels in the area.
The hotel is located right next to JR Osaka station. You can walk to many shops and restaurants in the area. 3 min. walk to Umeda subway station.
Unique Quality: I love the free internet access! Not all rooms have the access, so be sure to ask for it when you book the room.

The Hotel New Hankyu, Osaka sits opposite the Osaka JR station and in front of the private Hankyu line Osaka terminal. The Midosuji subway line runs underneath.
I thought this hotel was a bit tatty and old when I stayed there and compared less favourably to the hotel's Annex about 100m down the road. The rooms are small and in need of a make over. You can get BBC World on TV though, which is good.
Excellent access to the Hankyu SanbanGai deparmental stores.
