The Westin is everything you would expect from a first rate hotel. The rooms are large for Japanese hotel standards and the staff was excellent. Most of the staff is very well spoken in English and very helpful. We ran into some problems with our travel schedule and the concierge personnel were more than helpful in re-scheduling our itinerary.
