Weekly Mansion Osaka At Otemae: Pretty Good I Guess...

A truly...satisfactory...hotel. The service was friendly and the price (as we found) was fairly reasonable for Osaka, but the lack of real character made me rather wish we had splurged for something with a little more to offer. There's really not much more to say. Everything worked fine, although there was no food offered and internet use from the single computer in the lobby was very expensive. All this allows the hotel to lower its room rates I suppose. The location was pretty good in that it was near to the castle and subway routes, although at first it was very difficult to find because it really looks just like any of the other buildings in its quiet neighbourhood.
Unique qualities? Um...a balcony occupied mostly by the air conditioner?
Weekly Mansion Osaka At Otemae: Affordable Comfort

Otemae Weekly Mansion was a very affordable and nice hotel. We stayed in a big studio like room which could sleep up to 6 (3 futons and 3 beds). The room was very clean and user friendly, with 2 tvs in the space. Recommended when travelling in groups (4-6 people). Only downer is that when all the suitcases are in the room, there isn't much space to move around.
