Nice hotel but Climate control in Rooms dont work.
My visit November 17-22 2010
Over all good stay. Very pleasant staff, main hotel and restaurants have ability to speak English. So hotel is Very good for non Japanese speaking people. Very Clean and tidy place. Close to Rail station so if your room is on the train side of building might wake you up if your late sleeper.
I had rooms on both sides of building, and non train side is MUCH better. Food in hotel restaurants on 15f are all delicious.
The Bad!
The room controls in both rooms they put me in do NOT WORK!! I called the front desk and had someone look at it, and they said to leave the AC off. Still didn't get my room to a comfortable temperature level. So if your someone who prefers there room cooler then normal I would probably pick a different hotel. As they were unable to accommodate getting my room comfortable.
I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 for this reason. other wise i would give it 4.6
Unique Quality: Good restaurants, good housekeeping, Great English speaking staff.
