Olympic Inn: One of the few options for Shibuya

If you’re dead set on staying in Shibuya than this business hotel might be your best option. For the most part, hotels are extremely expensive in this area and options are extremely limited. This place won’t break the bank, but its slightly outside the main Shibuya area. Honestly though, its only a 10 minute walk, so you can hoof it back after the trains stop.

Don’t expect much in the way of service here though. The rooms are tiny. The charge for internet, and no free breakfast. To boot, rooms are extremely tiny, especially the bathroom. Oh god, I could barely fit.

Don’t think I would stay at this one again. If you are a single, you might want to try the capsule hotel near the station. If you’re a couple or a girl, this might be your best option for Shibuya.

On the plus side, the area the hotel is located in is really nice. Outside of the main drag, so no spotty brats around. Lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel is surprisingly quiet inside as well, even though its located next to the expressway.
