FS Hotel Tokyo at Chinzan-so

Just as you'd expect from an FS hotel, great service and great amenities. What sets FS apart from other luxury brands is it's focus on SERVICE. Now, what is a backpacker doing at a high class hotel? Simple, I work for them! All bias aside, the product is great and they are top notch here at Chinzan-so. An example of great service came when I needed a pair of gloves and the Concierge (at 3am) found the one place in Tokyo that could provide that for me. he summoned a taxi and a few minutes later I was knee deep in the wonderland that is the Donke-Hote (Don Quixote) quirky retail chain.

Unique Quality: The hotel is well heated as I stayed during the winter. Services are 24 hours and staff are well spoken in English (a rare trait in Japan!). The defining feature would be the surrounding Chinzan-so gardens, a natural beautiful wonder in a sprawling metropolis.
