    this hotel was in an excellent location, next to the underground, within walking distance of the imperial gardens and an fantastic hotel inside and out. this is a hotel with large rooms, very clean and i cant really fault the staff for being helpful and enthusiastic. across the road is a small coffee shop that does a great breakfast for only a few yen. the toilets are fab!!

    the toilets have heated seats!! wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The place wasn't as English friendly as when I was in Kyoto. They spoke English, but didn't understand a word I was saying. So I just smiled and said ok to pretty much everything. Everyone was friendly and as helpful as they could be.

    Bus service offered a couple times a day to the Narita airport. Convient so you don't have to take the rail/subway system there.

  • Directions: Near the palace, sort of in the middle of a bunch of other towers in what seems to be a business district. The Tokyodome isn't very far.
