Has anyone ever stayed there? I'm thinking of booking it for a long weekend in June. It's supposedly about 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku-sanchome station - is that an OK area for a single gal to be running around in at night? I'd appreciate your input. Thanks! :)
Not familiar with that hotel, but last November I stayed at Shinjuku Washington Hotel, which is only about 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. You can check out my review of it here:

Shinjuku is a safe area even at night as there are always many people out and about.
Thanks for your reply, I'll check it out! :)

How much time will you be staying at your hotel?
Do you really go there to experience hotel or the city?
Will you be getting up early morning to see a Tsukiji market?
Will you be coming back late at night after sake bar and karaoke bar?
We just booked our hotel last weekend.
We have chosen the cheapest one (with tiny-tiny rooms) is located next door to Tsukiji market, because that's where we want to be when we roll out of our timy-tiny bed. We also want to be in Ginza as there is ...some old and some new, and nice places to walk and sight see....still close to all other parts of Tokyo.
Chose your hotel by how conviniently located it is. Or by what do you want to be doing all days.
If there is couple of you and you are staying in differnt rooms, maybe hotel w/breakfast will be nicer. you will establish your meeting point there every mornig.

I recommend Nishi Shinjuku. 10min from JR Shinjuku station, East exit. Nice, quiet, cheap, and it's in Shinjuku. Lots of restaurants near-by, include a MacDonald just in case.
