Relative old but still fairly well facilitated.
Besides, concierge is very helpful, they have all kinds of time tables and entertainment information pre-printed for you use.
Price was fair, ~ JPY 27,000 (USD 270) incl. tax.
Unique Quality: Hotel has free shuttle bus running to JR station (Meguro) every 15mins.
