It's in a good location, about a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku JR Station but it'sa nice enough walk :) The staff are friendly and speak english. It's a basic business hotel and it suited our needs just fine, very clean, free wifi and internet in lobby. All we did in there was get in, sleep, then get up and go. Oh yeah and even though i say it was small, my sister stayed with us for 3 nights on the floor in a sleeping bag which the staff thought was pretty strange :)
There's two convenience stores right near it (surprise surprise if you haven't been to Tokyo if you go you will notice an abundance of convenience stroes and vending machines...a Sapporo or 'Pocari Sweat' is never very far away! :)
