Good Hotel in Tokyo
This is a good Hotel to stay at for a little bit cheaper than right in Shibuya. It´s in Ikebukuro, some 20 mins or so by train from Shibuya, going via Harajuku and Shinjuku. The service is good and flexible, had reserved just a few nights in advance, but ended up extending it for over a week without any problems. If you don´t speak Japaneese, the staff here is fluent to almost fluent in English. Their online booking system works really well too.
There´s a shopping mall in the same building and you can access the Sunshine City 60 Tower through there. Take the elevator ride up, it´s an experince, I say no more, and walk up on the roof terrace and enjoy the view, it costs some yens, but worth it, go when dark! The room wans´t huge, but they have many different sized rooms for all needs, a nice duoble bed, your own bath, tv and an amzing view, ask for a room high up, I (we) was on the 36th floor...
