Good hotel at great position
Capitol Tokyu hotel isnt something special as hotel. I would say service is an average one and the building is a bit old. It was built in early 70's. What is great it is position. It is opposite to "Tameike-sanno" metro station. Especially if y are inside the metro station and y want to go to hotel at once check for exit no6 in front of starbucks, take the elevator and go upstairs 2 floors and then hotel is about 100m away! Tameike-sanno is a junction of 3 metro lines and you ll find rather useful the orange line-Ginza! ;)

Hospitalities I have enjoyed & Remember ;-)))
conveniently situated adjacent to the historic Hie Shrine, a serene corner of hustling-bustling Tokyo, and with in walking distance of the moat-encircled Imperial Palace and the Diet Building.
Unique Quality: Managed as the Traditional flagship of the Tokyu Hotel Group.
Convenient to Parliament, Roppongi and subway stations.
Luxuriously Pricey BUT if on Corporate account, stay there and enjoy the ambience ;-)))
