I recommend it especially for convention visitors, vcisitors to Tokyo Disneyland and tourists who want to see another side of Tokyo. Perfect location for visitors of the Tokyo Big Sight Convention Center. Very easy access to the Tokyo subway and monorail system. Reasonable price. Easy to communicate with via e-mail. Free wired high-speed internet access if you bring your laptop with you.
