Hotel Semey: The main hotel in town

The place is the biggest in town. I paid $10 for a 1/2 night (I arrived at 1am) and then $17 for the next night. It's okay, though noone speaks English (except other guests). Expect protitutes in the halls who will knock on your door or call you. Thankfully, they aren't persistent.
