Twelve rooms with en-suite facilities are available: four single rooms, six double rooms and two more spacious two-room suites. The ground floor incorporates the Reception (some staff speak English or German) and our comfortable bar and restaurant with seating for twenty-four persons around a cosy central fireplace.
The nicely furnished rooms (air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter) have WC, wash-hand basin and bath and are complimented by telephones (with access to international networks), multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. In Naryn, on the north side of the river, is a hotel. As I said I can't think of the name but I'll work on getting it. The Hotel has nice little rooms with the narrow beds so familiar to travelers in the Former Soviet Union. There are also Yurts. They are fairly aufentic but are set on a concrete base and also contain the narrow beds. During the night I heard dogs, chickens, roosters, who knows what walking past the felt walls, very fun. Second only to getting an invite to stay in a yurt in the high pasture. Leave a Comment

I didn't stay here, just looked inside the yurts erected for tourists. They looked nice with military beds inside, so it should be warmer then sleeping on the ground like in other yurt stays. Leave a Comment

This hotel is a very special place indeed, it is a typical Kyrghyz hotel, the rooms are furnished with typical Kyrghyz furniture, low beds, rugs on the floor and on the walls, trunks, see the pics I have taken, the food is really delicious and abundant, you get typical Kyrghyz food, meat suops, fresh bread every day and mare milk... They also sell beautiful handicraft. The staff will also assist you in case you wish to go on tour, either on foot or on horseback , of the mountains around, you can vist a jailoo, a summer pasture usually located above 2.500 mt where the cattles are taken to graze, and sleep in yurts. The hotel has a conference hall and a permant exhibition on Kyrghyz crafts, history and traditions Leave a Comment
