Has large pool, aqua slide (water slide), nice beach with long pier (dock) jetski available.
Squirrels in the garden with tall huge trees.

Meals are fair (6/10), workers in the restaurant services are good with english, but room services

No toilet paper, shampoo or soap, no telephone in rooms that are 225 usd/night,
also i dont remember to have seen air condition (i am not sure).

but has kitchen with equipment, satellite tv.
Hot water Boiler looks like ballistic bomb : )

Hi. I am from Osh, Kyrgyzstan.
if you are coming to Kyrgyzstan, so WELCOME!
In Bishkek you can stop at cheap hotels (don't). Or on newspapers find acomadation advertisments where you can lok for small apartments.
In Osh best acomadations at the "guest-houses"
Itinerary: Choose Osh, Naryn or Issyk-Kul (lake) directions. It depends on what do you like. my e-mail: altyn@inbox.ru

Yurt Stays: Tash Rabat

by Masha_M

I didn't stay here, just looked inside the yurts erected for tourists. They looked nice with military beds inside, so it should be warmer then sleeping on the ground like in other yurt stays.

Tamara's place: Altyn Arashan - a must!

by Masha_M

Tamara has big rooms with about 20 beds and a kitchen to cook your own meals. Bring your own food as there are no shops whatsoever. The spring water is safe to drink, so bring only an empty bottle.

Three private pools with hot spring water that you can use all day long for free. Beautiful!!

Tamara can organize a horse and a guide for you if you want to explore the mountains on horseback.

Yak-Tours Hostel: Karakol-Best Place to Meet Travellers

by Masha_M

Old wooden fairy-tale like house with all kinds of rooms and antique furniture.

You can have your meals here, but dinner is not always as good as the Lonely Planet suggests. Try the restaurants in town!

There's a sauna.

You can pitch your tent in the garden.

Intl. School of Management and Business: Bishkek- Most travellers stay here

by Masha_M

Clean double rooms, two rooms sharing a bathroom/toilet. $11 per room.

There's a balcony to every room.

Sabyrbek's B&B: chepest hostel in bishkek

by lovesjetlag

The hostel is a little bit messy but clean, the house is quite ramshackle but it is okay for a short stay, I mean it does maybe look good but it is clean and it has everything you need. There three rooms with bunks, dorma re separated women and men, the bathroom is small, fixtures a little rusty...but breakfast is abundant,excellent...all this for just 5-10 dollars...you will find plenty of people with whom you can swap travel stories about the silk road trip.
They have a lovely siamese cat with blue eyes, very soft and cuddly, she miaows gently and is very tender...at night she might jump on your bed and purr..so tell the owner if are allergic and close the door well...the cat name is....Nicole Kidman....!!!

Ashu Hotel: hotel in Chong Kemin valley

by lovesjetlag

This hotel is a very special place indeed, it is a typical Kyrghyz hotel, the rooms are furnished with typical Kyrghyz furniture, low beds, rugs on the floor and on the walls, trunks, see the pics I have taken, the food is really delicious and abundant, you get typical Kyrghyz food, meat suops, fresh bread every day and mare milk...
They also sell beautiful handicraft.
The staff will also assist you in case you wish to go on tour, either on foot or on horseback , of the mountains around, you can vist a jailoo, a summer pasture usually located above 2.500 mt where the cattles are taken to graze, and sleep in yurts.
The hotel has a conference hall and a permant exhibition on Kyrghyz crafts, history and traditions

No breakfast included but 300 meters from the hotel there is the Instanbul Pastanesi Caf? with a delicious array of Turkish pastries, absolutely mouthwatering and huge!!! Excellent Black Tea..adress: Navoi Street near the big furniture shop
