Small Guesthouses: Houses
Sary Tash has some houses, where you can stay overnight. Many families happily offer their own bedrooms for your accommodation. Our group stayed in one of the larger guesthouses. This house had 4 rooms: one where the family slepped and three with mattrasses. There were enough mattrasses for 12 people, colorful and warm blankets for everyone.
There is no bathroom. People carry the water from a near river. There is a small place, where you can wash your hands. Toilets are basic but clean.
Dinner and breakfast was served in the yurt. There is also another hut with a kitchen and a small room, where the family and our guide and driver ate. The drivers and the guide preferred to sleep in the minibus.
I slept very well on my mattrass. The blankets were warm, the air fresh and clear.
Unique Quality: It was a fanatstic experience to get up early and wash the face with the view of snowcapped mountains.

Family Guesthouses: Yurts
It is possible to stay overnight in yurts. Some families living in Sary Tash offer this kind of accomodation. The yurts are traditional round huts, which can easily be transportet. Or in other words (quotation from Wikipedia):
A Yurt is a portable, felt-covered, wood lattice-framed dwelling structure used by nomads in the steppes of Central Asia.
The yurt, where we stayed with our group was mainly thought of as the restaurant, where we had breakfast and dinner. But 4 people slept on the low matrasses and were very happy with this.
