Nearly new
Did not stay there but I visited the hotel.
This is a new place and in July 2006, everything seems to be in good shape.
The rooms are nice but average in size. Nothing really special, usual amenities/facilities for Laos.
There are 2 prices : 30 USD and 50 USD including breakfast on a sort of terrace.
The patrons are more asian than western (during my visit).
