Hi, I'd just moved to Muar and am searching for Theravadian center where i can attend dhamma class / talk regularly.

Hmmm, anything outside the Klang Valley or Penang are the province of Mahayanists/Chinese Buddhists.
I could only think of Santisukarama in Kota Tinggi, but that has more of an emphasis in Vipassana - if you're into that sort of meditation. Other than that, you could always take a short trip up to Malacca where there are more Theravadin temples.

Muar is pronounced as Moo-are. Is a mid-sized port town where in history related to Parameswara, the founder of Melaka Empire. Muar is so so so famous for Otak-otak (picture), local food made of fish meat wrapped inside green pandan leaves.....
