Pahlawan Wangi Hotel: Business hotel - Sungei Petani
This is a basic business and family vacation hotel on the main trunk road from the south before reaching Sungei Petani downtown.
There is a pool and basic facilities. Convenient location.

Baling Hotspring accomodation
There are a few kinds of accomodation in Baling Hotspring.. if you are going on weekend, remember to book the room beforehand else will have difficulty to find a pleasant accomodation.
For us because we didnt book in advanced, when we reached there, only this 'underground room' left. What we mean underground room is a room below the restaurant, with weird smell and beside bushes and small streams (u can imagine how much mosquitoes and insects'.. . no clean water available.. the toilet is long not being used and mossy everywhere..
No choice. One double bed sleep 4 girls with 3 guys on the floor..
Luckily we are not that demanding for sleep.. so even disgusting but still we can stand it! .. hehe

Gunung Jerai
There is only one hotel on the mountain. You can get a hotel room, chalet room or a campsite rent at the receptionist inside the hotel.
We took a camp site which is charged by head count. RM10 per person.
The person told us there wont be leeches in the campsite because they have laid sand around it. But still....
Later we met a tour guide working there and complaint to him about the leeches.. only then he told us that campsites upwards ( near the carpark ) are free from leeches.. we too clever to choose a bottom one..
