Quite reasonable price

Everything was ok except the door wasn't so good in security wise. It didn't have the security lock on the door.

Cameron Highlands' Harmony at the Highlands

My husband and I stayed for only one night, but we were able to check in earlier than usual. This hotel was apparently quite new and it was located at Tanah Rata, one of the towns in Cameron Highlands.

The suites were reasonably priced and decorated. We stayed in the deluxe suite. It was very comfortable except for the cold floors, of which slippers were conveniently available in the room. The room was big enough to accommodate a young family of four.

When we were given a room on the ground floor, I was disappointed. However, it wasn't as bad as it had seemed because our room opened to the garden. It was just like a chalet!

The hotel's service was good and sincere. I knew that even before stepping into the hotel. When I called the hotel a few days earlier, the staff had graciously answered all my queries, from the hotel rooms and rates to the weather in Cameron Highlands.

A good mid-range hotel

The hotel is in Tanah Rata and this makes it a great hotel to stay in if you want to be able to go out to eat at night without having to drive. We stayed for three nights and found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable.

Accommodation was nothing remarkable - just a basic, mid-range hotel. Breakfast was a buffet and fairly usual for Asia. The hotel bar was expensive, but with the rest of the town being so close, you don't need to drink there.

Rooms were cheap - around US$65 or 200 MYR per night for the standard room

(it used to be called the Garden Inn which is what it was marked down on all the maps as)

Quiet cool pines

We reached tanah rata about 7am. We actually walked from our drop-off point to the hotel, it was about 10 mins walk. It is situated off the main road, tucked at the corner and is convenient as you can just simply walk out to the shops and restaurant at the main road.

The resort was exactly as how we saw from the internet photos. Newly refurbuished low rise resort. Usually resort's check in time is either 12 noon or 2pm. I was very please with the service as they allow us to check in early and fullfilled our request to have a higher floor with a hillview and a dvd player =)

For those who are looking for a quiet area. I definitely say this is the place.

The rate is also worth the price. I paid RM210 net per night for a deluxe room. (promotional price)

Unique Quality: Facilities like the gym is a newly set up with new equipments. Their spa is still under construction. They also provide show room for guest to take a look as to how their furnished rooms are like.

15 mins walk to a mini parit fall by a small side walk just beside the resort.
