We, my family and i, stayed in this resort for 7 days last April, 2008. We stayed in their lovely garden villa & 2 deluxe room. Honestly, this resort has exceed beyond my expectations as i was actually thought that the resort was just a normal 2 stars budget resort but instead i dare to say that its like a 4 stars resort with very attentive service eventhough it was kinda busy at the time we checked in there. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Every room we had comes with 2 double beds and spacious too!.. They have 5 tv channels (espn, starmovies, travel, disney and some local malay channel) and a huge outside balcony to lounge at. Bathroom comes with bathtub and basic toiletries such as body soap, bath gel, shampoo, body lotion and etc.. There's an adequate supply of coffee/tea maker too.
The housekeeping cleans up the room every day and fresh linens & towels are supplied.
Unique quality of this place, i would say the surrounding atmosphere..the gardens are amazing. you can find lots of exotic plants here. the rooms are facing the fish ponds that circulate around the resort and there is natural spring water swimming pool with kiddies pool at the side. One may also get tanned by the riverside too which is located in the resort compound. There's nothing much to do actually but the resort could arrange for tours & sightseeing. We actually booked and go for a jungle walk trip to the waterfalls and it was amazing!! Our guide was very friendly and we actually learned a lot about Malaysian jungles!!
anyway, overall, i would say that i'm fully satisfied with the resort, i just cant find any fault with them!!the resort is worth place to stay, you will not regret it!
